Hope that he doesn't change his mind and severely regret this? Not much else he can do at this point it would seem

I heard a story in a 12-step alcoholics anonymous meeting years ago about a man who thought that he could make things good in his life by having his penis removed and getting a sex change.

But then later he changed his mind and had the breasts removed and he now lives as a man but when he gets out of the shower in the morning he has to look down at a fake vagina.
