Why will chatGPT tell jokes about men but not women?

The machine learning engineers at OpenAI spent literally years making sure this AI never says anything politically incorrect. It is based on the earlier (and less dumbed-down) GPT-3 model which was nowhere near as neutered (I actually used it a lot back when it wasn't so expensive).
