Well, from an ethical perspective there are positive rights and negative rights. Positive rights are freedoms while negative rights require effort to maintain. Taking the effort to limit what I consider harmless content implies that considerable measures are in place to keep the site free of certain content, which is indeed the case.

Agreed. Calling porn speech was a tactic to subvert, dilute and manipulate free speech in the first place.
