I'm reminded of people who protested and railed against The Last Temptation of Christ, who said untrue things about it, and other similar things (like everything Rachel Maddow has said since joining MSNBC). It is meant for those who will never know better, it is for the "faithful", to keep those locked up in ideological pens locked up in those ideological pens. I agree 100% with you.

Hey you take that back! She was honest. For the first six months. Of her 13 year tenure. Before becoming a rabid deep state asset and propagandist, spewing ideological lies for a vertical monopoly, in which she is complicit.

Well, they clearly don't have as much extortion influence over her as they do Keith Olbermann. So there's that!

...Or maybe they do, I don't really know.

yes, for the first six months, while still learning the best route to the water cooler and lady's room. (Nicely played, Questionable!)

Or, they read the script, play the role, and only as the show goes on do we see the nature of the character they play.
