Anyone thinking either of those operating systems are a suitable solution for mobile computing don't have a fully developed brain. If you can't compile at least a new kernel for your own phone, it's not your phone. If you can't disable all telemetry, it's not your phone. If you can't stop emergency services from forcing your phone from sending geo location data, it's not your phone.
No, what these teens have -- Android or iOS -- is a voluntary spy device. It would be hilarious if it were revealed in 50 years that the i actually stands for "eye", instead of I, and was invented by the CIA.
