/s/Activism is a sub for discussing peaceful & legal activism, including rallies, charity programs, flier campaigns, boycotts, public speaking, running for office, as well as intellectual discussion about activism generally. This is a sub for things the average person can actually do to improve the world.
Rules:
1) It is strictly prohibited to post any content promoting violence or illegal activity in any way, shape, or form. Posting anything similar to that is a first-time bannable offense.
2) This is a sub for strategies that work and win hearts and minds, not strategies that only make the activist themselves feel good.
[USA] Don't forget to vote, and to help others do so! Vote.org provides tools and voting information to help all Americans cast their vote. (It claims to be nonpartisan even though it's not really, but the tools will help everyone regardless.)
