I got a "Get help and check yourself because you're becoming a Nazi" message once. There were a bunch of apologists who were making excuses for a video showing clear black-on-black inner city violence and I asked them how it helps the victims by pretending that this stuff isn't way more prevalent in predominantly black ghetto areas in the US. No slurs, no nothing. My ban and the message of concern were handed down mere moments later.

See, this actually makes sense. Allow everybody the chance to get extra help if they want it. If a black individual finds that they're struggling more, then let that person ask for more help without bringing their skin colour into it. Same opportunity for every student, regardless of their race. Not only will it be fair, it will also be far less condescending than the DEI method of saying "there there, inferior black - we've got a special daycare just for your kind".
