i asked him a question based on logic. my point wasn't about feminism nor am i a feminist. my post was not angry; you just missed my point. if feminists who encouraged this become victims of it then fine throw it in their faces.

i didn't need your little version of a history rant. he's upset at feminism and implying girls --- who he doesnt even know are feminists are not -- somehow deserve what is happening to them. Direct the anger at who you're angry at. IDGAF why you or him are angry.

I'm unsure where you learned this English rule. The title is incorrect but not the comic. "Has" is the verb in the comic. "Effect" is used as in cause & effect. The only time in English "no" is used in front of a verb is when the verb is a gerund, ie "There is no running in the halls" when the verb functions a noun. Otherwise, "not" is used in front of verb. ie "This is not affecting you"
