He's actually saying: "ay, hijo de puta" Very often when it's said very fast sounds something like "ay, ijue'puta" or even sometimes "ay je'puta" if said particularly fast. 'AY' is just like 'Oh' or 'Whoa' in English. So basically what he's saying in the video is "OH! Son of a bitch!" (I come from a Cuban family but that phrase is used in many Spanish speaking countries)
