Its accepted because not enough people are fighting against it. Enough people made a stink in againsthatesubreddits about GC and reddit responded by banning the sub. Have to use the same tactics. Report every damn thing we see that is offensive towards women. Make a stink. Keep doing it until we're impossible to ignore.

Infuriated the sub was banned like that. No warnings, no quarantine, just gone. Reddit has some nerve.

Seems to me the term "TERF" qualifies as hate speech under reddit's new content policy. Terfs, radfems, and women in general are all "vulnerable" groups and "identities". Everytime I see a sub or a user use "TERF" in a negative context I am going to use their new report option. For anyone who wants to know how:

  • click "report" on a comment or post
  • choose "this is abusive or harassing"
  • then choose "It's promoting hate based on identity or vulnerability"

Sick of this shit. Apparently its too much to want a place to talk to other women. And the media focus will be on t_d or chapo and the fact that 50% of the population was just deemed hateful by reddit will be ignored. Thanks mods for doing what you can to keep a space for us <3
