Yeah, TiA was basically an online version of a pub, bar, or tavern where I'd come to chat.

I think I'd respect them more if they were more professional about it. They celebrate every ban with Crab Rave. Like, that's just petty.

Kotaku In Action (which began life as an offshoot of TiA) fears the banhammer, but people there have noticed something: you can say literally whatever you want, as long as you don't mention trans people. And what's the #1 rule at KiA? Don't mention trans people.

Welp, I'm here now. I'll still be on Reddit for non-political things (and, ironically, rslash tumblr is VERY rarely political), but TiA was one of the few places I could really dig into the meat of a discussion surrounding certain topics.
