You are talking about committee of 300. It is the real conspiracy ruling the world. Coleman was intelligence officer so he actually saw the documents. His book is quite old but the committee is similar today. It's guaranteeed members are all heads of state of all important countries. We know for example that US and G7 heads of state and Russian and Chinese heads of state are members of the committee.

I have personally seen following info on committee: Committtee of 300 have loaded their minds to an AI that is extremely advanced. The AI allows committee members to be at many places at once and makes them effectively immortal. The committee did also something horrible during covid (which was made by committee) but I am not permitted to disclose it.

And yes, Elon Musk is a non head of state who is a committee member. It includes other VIPs.
