I'm a former UK employment lawyer. 1) It's up to your employers to say which posts led to your termination. Let them tell you or your legal rep, don't give them more potential ammo. 2) Your employer may have a duty to protect the shithead. I suggest you make no attempts to discover this off the record, because it could make your case more complicated. Let your legal rep. make the pertinent enquiries.
