There's been talk of new drugs that dramatically repair teeth for years, nothing ever shows up on the market. Probably bullshit.

the closest I've seen is something that puts like a few microns of new enamel like stuff down and it'd wear off straight away. Teeth are constantly self-repaired, in good health. No drug is going to be able to fix teeth that are in a body in such bad condition the body takes minerals from teeth. No drug is ever going to fix poor hygiene either.

I have diabetes and the complications sometimes cause gum disease. Then you lose teeth. But there are seed teeth in the gums that grow with stem cells.
