They are reacting to their environment like insects to stimuli. They aren't capable of understanding it they simply react. They never had their revolutions and don't have the wisdom to utilize these tools or mentally handle their implications. Which is why they shouldn't have them and don't belong. Multiculturalism is the problem. Not all cultures are equal
