i can't blame anyone for not paying, white or black, when the mayor announces they won't shut off your water for not paying. Why pay then, to be nice?

I always hear some rwers, libertarians, etc, say don't pay your taxes, it's unconstitutional, I think that's easier said than done because the IRS will come after you hardcore, they don't mess around. But imagine if the IRS was like "you don't have to pay, there will be no repercussions if you don't pay your taxes". No one would pay except maybe the most bleedingest heart socialist liberal.

Vote in trash, expect nothing but trash. Garbage In, Garbage Out. From the article:

Before she was even sworn in this May, Lightfoot said she would direct the city’s water department not to shut off water for people who aren’t paying their bills. “Water is a basic, basic human right,” Lightfoot said then.

“If you’re turning off water, you are effectively evicting people and we know that disproportionately affects low-income people of color who are going to be shut off from water services,” she said. “We have to be much more thoughtful and much more empathetic to people who are struggling.”

Then if water is a human right, it should be free for everyone, not just negros
