The lightning forms an infinite loop, or hourglass through the y-axis

It pierces the x-axis at the origin of the square.

The arrow then continues into the direction of the z-axis (perpendicular to the x-y plane).

Reeks of occult symbolism.
Possibly a creation or destruction symbol.

It's a right angle with downwards zigzag arrow, isn't it Mathematical?

I assumed it was electrical.

But it could just be nonsensical, they said that back in the day you could pay $5 to register basically any unicode symbol.
