A state that's richer than most other countries too. I used to drink with the local homeless people (different state), those dudes make better money than college grads pan handling. They work for a couple hours, do whatever they wanted, drink, and slept under the stars. They weren't homeless cause of money, they just couldn't fit into society.

I know a homeless dude that owns a F350 and a 30 foot fifthwheel, he lives at slab city and panhandels on weekends. Makes over $2000 a month.

No more vagrancy laws means the modern day bums, tramps, & hoboes are free to claim squatters rights on any sidewalk, public park, or doorway. Progress?
