It's not really a secret war, it's just that the media refuses to report on it. In addition, he is prosecuting traffickers, rapists, molesters, and the producers of child porn. The law doesn't care if you have urges, pedophilia, only if you act on those urges, statutory rape and all the other aforementioned crimes. Not to mention political black mail and the long litany of treasonous crimes associated with that.
