Good discussion. There’s also the risk that hiring activist types, and encouraging them in their nonsense, means they’re probably going to turn on their employer. We’re not short on examples of this. There is no loyalty, no allies. It’s a tribalistic mess if narcissists all out for themselves and their identity groups.

I can only imagine how Google’s counsel reacted on being told how these maniacs behaved.

In small businesses and start-ups, this is well-known.

All activists get a quick denial in the hiring pipeline. Nobody wants a whiny-complaing cancer inside their org.

Smart move. I dream of a future where having a degree in a grievance studies discipline, or danger hair and problem glasses, is something equivalent to writing a horribly misspelled CV in the medium of faeces on burger wrapper.
