Haven't seen Blankman and had to google it. Could be good.

For me to call something a superhero movie, there needs to be some kind of moral correlation, exaggerated through the superhero lens. I didn't really see that in Robin Hood men in tights, as good of a movie as it was otherwise.

I wouldn't exclude comedy though. Kick-Ass was a fantastic movie that maybe belongs on this list. It mocked Batman's traditional tactics the same way BvS did subtly.
