I agree with this but 2-3 for Old School Transsexuals and Modern trangenderists.

Gender and sex are synonymous. Have always been, the only time when they weren't in the past was for grammar. The term "gender" to mean sex dropped out fashion and was repopularized by John Money to mean "social roles."
