Transman is really pleased doctors mistake her for a man. When she is nearly killed because doctors think she's a man is all their fault.

They complain a lot, but what's the solution they'd propose? That they really register as their biological gender after all?

Label it as birth sex if needed, if they are intersex they should already be aware of their anomaly and verbally report it. Trans should know better!

"Gender fluid" etc is not a physical scientific reality so those questions have no business in science (doctors) aside from social pleasantries

Actual intersex people typically have strong "cis" identity of what they look like the most (almost always woman) and don't make a number of it.

The trans mostly want endless praise of their dysphoric identity to self-affirm something they're really not so sure about and the "gender fluid" are mostly tripping along the lines with more invented identities in order to feel extra special and earn virtue points. Most importantly, they seek out things to be outraged about as if such behavior would be acceptable in a civilized part of the world to begin with. As a result, our civilization is slowly collapsing as their infectious brain disease spreads.
