They complain a lot, but what's the solution they'd propose? That they really register as their biological gender after all?

Label it as birth sex if needed, if they are intersex they should already be aware of their anomaly and verbally report it. Trans should know better!

"Gender fluid" etc is not a physical scientific reality so those questions have no business in science (doctors) aside from social pleasantries

Actual intersex people typically have strong "cis" identity of what they look like the most (almost always woman) and don't make a number of it.

The trans mostly want endless praise of their dysphoric identity to self-affirm something they're really not so sure about and the "gender fluid" are mostly tripping along the lines with more invented identities in order to feel extra special and earn virtue points. Most importantly, they seek out things to be outraged about as if such behavior would be acceptable in a civilized part of the world to begin with. As a result, our civilization is slowly collapsing as their infectious brain disease spreads.

WTF! You're not kidding. This guy/person is ludicrous.

"It was really cute and awesome that I was treated as male, but in being this way, they didn’t necessarily take into account the body,” says Whitley, who points out that, though he has been taking testosterone for around 15 years, it’s a relatively small dose. “I was born female and I identify as male – they should have probably have set my limit as somewhere in the middle.”

I can't believe they let people disallow information about their birth sex. And then to have the nerve and blame the DOCTORS for that misunderstanding. Did he not feel like stepping up at any point of the process and being like, "Hey, I was born female, think that'd make any difference in this process?"???

He thinks it was "cute and awesome" that doctors went by his medical records of him being marked as a man. You've gotta be kidding me.

Transition can cause arrested development, particularly if they take puberty blockers which actually stop the brain maturing and drop IQ. Her brain is stuck as a teen girl no matter how much facial hair she grows.

Drop IQ? I'm gonna want to see some sources on that, but I'll go take a look myself, no pressure. I know puberty blockers are horrible for teens but I don't know if I've seen evidence for that particular claim.

But at least they'll die valid, that's the most important thing.

I know it’s had to happen where a tranny gets prostate cancer and their insurance company denies them because they identify as a woman and a woman can’t get prostate cancer.

fine. this is what they wanted. we shouldn't have to reinvent the wheel to treat these freaks. i don't hate them, but they are, by definition, freaks of nature. he gets all the privileges of a male now, which means having to wait for those results to qualify him as eligible. i don't see the problem tbh. if they treated him as a female he would've had a heart attack from "can't even"ing anyways. it is an interesting anecdote though. i hadn't considered this side of the impact of gender-reassignment.

This isn't just a matter for individuals though.

And most people want single sex wards so it effects us all.

I can't believe the last paragraph of this article

She continued: ‘Medical training should include exposure to transgender patients. A lot of doctors who are practicing didn’t have that in their training.’

The conclusion should have been that IDs need to keep refering to actual sex or babies will be stillborn and women won't get the kidney they need.

Also-- maybe I am missing something but they keep saying "transgender medicine isn't there" like uhhhh are you talking about complications from the tons of barely-studied drugs trans people take? Orrrr the fact that a trans-identified woman probably has medical vulnerabilities of, say, a woman? That is not groundbreaking transgender medicine news, that a trans-identified female has predictably female health outcome patterns.

I'm still finding it hard to wrap my head around what happened in the article -

Transgender person has really super srs kidney problem

Doesn't inform his doctors he's on testosterone or any of the other f'ed up meds hes on

Trans status is only discovered during ultrasound that reveals uterus.

This is all the doctors fault

    Like WTF
