♟ My policy on treating others - every. single. person. No matter what. No matter what. Treat them as though they are the "weird kid at school who is about to go on a rampage the next day." Every single person. Treat them with respect and go out of your way to humanize that person. No matter what.

I've been doing this. It's no skin off my back. It literally doesn't matter. But I treat others - security guards, min wage, homeless, men, elderly, I treat them with kindness and respect. I put them ahead of me. I give them a warm genuine smile.

Takes nothing off my back. At all.

And I noticed that they started knowing who I am.
