Harassment is in the policy "If a person is caught repeatedly dragging discussion in a downward direction on the Pyramid of Debate, they will be removed." You keep forcing snow into debate by doing the username mention in comments that sends a notification. I believe snow is getting these notifications still. I will test it.

Edit: okay snow isn't getting notifications, so maybe I shouldn't have stepped in and mentioned harassment. At any rate, I didn't give you a strike. As long as you talk about snow with mid/upper level pyramid debate language, and don't ban evade to post on snow's subs, I don't see a problem.
