I don't know the answer to your question, but FWIW here are some unsolicited tips from a fellow seed-eater:

I'd recommend grinding them in a coffee grinder before consuming as this vastly increases the nutritional availability.

I love to grind up say 6-9 TBS seeds and add tepid water for an excellent and satisfying raw "porridge." Since hot water makes it kind of globby (especially if flax and chia are involved) it's best not to use very hot water. You can also pre-soak dried fruits in a separate bowl of boiling water to add to the porridge. (That water can be used for the porridge if you can wait long enough for it to cool down.)

Of course if you have excellent dentition and chew everything 100 times no grinder needed ;)
