The pain gets better over time. Because you learn to switch focus by actually doing it. Don't let your pain get so massive that it forces you to do it.

Minimalism and acceptance can work real-life magic, if you start implementing them with some persistence.

The most fascinating thing is looking back and realizing how small your viewing angle once was. It is humbling to do that.
