The claim appears to be that people who work for the Atira Women’s Resource Society earn less than their peers working for similar charities.

I'm not aware that that's been debunked. Nor am I aware that anyone's arguing against that fact.

Women get paid as much as me, but are not as productive as I am because they get emotional and throw fits of anger.
