A lot of accusations of thought terminating cliches, are in fact, thought terminating cliches themselves. Even the garbage Wikipedia entry, utilizes this technique, along with some implied techniques of the same, to inject biased partisan political attacks into this article.

Just because it is paradox, doesn't imply it can't be true. Most of human behaviour is paradox. It is like a nature's law.

An axiom. Like the law of gravity. Which also is paradox when looked at from certain point of views.

But so far it is the best "description" we have.

I invite you to find a better one. Democracies "lifeblood" is participation. You mostly are only whining.

This is conclusive. But it doesn't help anyone. No "progress" in you comment smellable so far, so to say.
