This is just a caricature. Classic propaganda tactic to pick the most malicious translation possible. Either way, yes, indulge in freedom of speech and dissect the ideas instead of debunking a caricature.

What is your souce of stating that this is a 'malicious translation'? A translation is a translation, the content of it is malicious or otherwise. Do you speak Arabic?

Freedom of speech does not protect inciting violence against nations. The Islamic states do not even have such concepts in the first place.
