I think it's super obvious that he's had cosmetic surgery. I could see it clear as day during the 2020 debate. I was like: damn, that is some really tight and shiny, almost plastic-looking skin. Someone just got a facelift recently.

He doesn't joke about it because, well, he doesn't want the story to come out. I'm sure that in late 2019 or early 2020, his advisors were like: Trump is gonna hit you over and over on being old. So you need to look as young as possible. So let's get you to the clinic before you have to hit the campaign trail in earnest.

Everyone in 2020 was wondering why he was taking so fucking long to declare his candidacy, and he kept releasing statements saying he had to pray about what Beau would want or something. More likely, he was sitting at home with a face that was a horror show of bruises and fresh scars.
