This is fake. It's a lie. You got lied to by this op again.

  1. It's not a "court disclosure". It's somebody's conspiracy theory. Not a disclosure.

  2. There's no mention of Babbitt in the original thread. Someone has added that to the story, for fake news purposes.

  3. It's not an admission. It's somebody's conspiracy theory. I will now relate the theory to you. There's this trumpist mayonnaise insurrectionist named Mike douchebag Sherwin, and Mike recorded himself doing various insurrection things. But Mike has a government job. So if Mike has a government job, ipso facto it's a conspiracy! Never mind the thousands of mayonnaise insurrectionists worked across the entire spectrum of careers: mike had some government job so it must'a been a conpiracy duh.

The new videos evidence really does make the title's extreme seeming conclusion much more plausible. It seems a few identifiable under-covers were doing some sketchy stuff, but they could have just been on their own. The defendant, William Pope, loosely put the same speculation together in the court motion, when supporting reason why he should have access to some massive trove of body cams/CCTV's video evidence (in some DoJ web-portal). He first collected a ton of publicly released old video and used it to for his argument and also to attach to the motion some videos that the prosecutor, on multiple occasions, told him didn't exist. I especially liked motion response a couple months ago. It's super long, but quite entertaining about anywhere you jump in:

Much of the video evidence is deemed 'sensitive material' and not publicly disclosed. He has a court "protective order" preventing him from disclosing certain stuff, probably the same boiler plate all the Jan 6 protesters got:

But you neglected to answer how you determined

  1. That Mike is an undercover. Don't just skip over this. It's the cornerstone of this whole thread

  2. That the people you claim aren't on an FBI lists are not on any such list. I hereby accuse you of pulling that out your ass so please provide a source
