The women are driving them out of the workplace for being too mean. I left it the way I found it.

I simply avoid the overly emotional at work....men included.

My wife scored 110 on her IQ test. She makes emotional decisions all the time. She is also extremely extroverted. I think there are genetic predispositions to personality, and then you're raised by that and it only becomes further engrained. Females do it, males mimick it because they think it'll get them laid.
