Yeah, again, I'm not arguing the facts here, I'm just trying to explain the phenomenon. Most Americans are consuming media that have all the same biases. Republicans are informed with a bias from their media sources. Selectively reporting a series of facts while ignoring others can create a compelling narrative, even if it isn't consistent with reality. This just doesn't surprise me much, and I don't think this problem is unique to republican media outlets or election coverage
