As he should be....

...but that seems cruel after the ultra-violent/destructive anti-Trump election rioters who breached the fences in 2016 and were chucking bricks and ice bottles at police, while being encouraged and cheered on by Congress .. were largely not prosecuted. Many were bonded out of jail by Congress-members who successfully lobbied prosecutors to not pursue charges due to expression of speech and protected civil disobedience. The months long nation wide anti-election riots and the multiple breaches of the electoral count following the 2016 election were largely ignored.

Trump was called a racist for wanting the violent rioters who destroyed historic DC sites and seriously injured police to be prosecuted.

The overt double standard is not building confidence that we aren't a full on tyrannical country, pummeled into submission by a fascist-ly selective wielding of a one-sided DOJ.
