I think it's white supremacy repackaged. It's essentially encouraging people to separate along race lines again and filling the kids heads with ideas like "White people oppress Black People" which is functionally the same thing as saying "White people are stronger and more powerful than Black People" which isn't far removed from "White people are better than black people"

A lot of these kids if they are fed this for years and years are just going to grow up racist, if a white kid hears "white people are fundamentally racist" Bs their whole life a bunch of them are essentially going to go "well guess I'm racist and can't change so who cares" and will go on full KKK style.

Only way to achieve more equity in society between the races is to downplay racial differences encourage people to not self segregate into racially defined groups and focus on dealing with the real issues that effect the socio-economic gaps we see, namely, poor education and class divides, lack of upward mobility etc.
