And for those that can afford it, the obvious solution is to pack up, move somewhere else that doesn't have this problem, and promptly begin agitating for the exact same sorts of policies and authorities that enabled it in their previous home.

Nailed it. Look at all the lib dumbasses (prob voted for Biden) whine like mutts.

Organize your neighbors but whatever you do, don’t bring baseball bats and matches. Just go give the druggies and bums a hug and a kiss.

Reminds of videos I saw from San Francisco, people complaining that their 6-figure (or more) properties were being ruined by the presence of homeless encampments in the alleys, and then complaining further that the police weren't being prompt and effective enough in removing these undesirables.

You know, the exact same police that they loudly and proudly claim need to be defunded and replaced with "community counselors" and whatnot.

Well said. You should live in the same area for 10 years in order to be able to vote.

Move states? Great, you can't vote in state elections.

This isn't really a solution though, because it could all too easily become a situation where people are encouraged to move to a given state to pad out the tax base, but are unable to have a say in how things are actually run. Or, in other words, taxation without representation. Our Founding Fathers had issue with that.

Or maybe those people are tax exempt then? But that'll make its own problems, because there's almost certainly some way to profitably abuse such a status, leaving the people who are paying pissed off.

That’s why these people are dangerous. They don’t see that their actions are doing damage to communities. Hence why I believe that you should only be allowed to vote if you’ve lived in the same area for at least 10 years.
