I agree with him, in that it's stupid to conflate the draft age issue with everything else... voting, drinking, buying a gun. These are all different questions.
A lot of mass murders have been perpetrated by 18 to 21-year-olds who legally bought guns. Age limits on the most powerful weapons are a good idea. In fact, I don't have a problem with age limits for most of the rights in the Constitution, and legal precedent doesn't, either.
