An empty symbolic gesture, at best. Assuming it's also passed in the state senate, it'll be vetoed by their Democrat governor.

I wonder what made them take up the issue now? The RINOs finally decided to stop partnering with Democrats now that Trump's a year away in the rear view mirror, and they're desperately trying to prove to their base that they're not the traitors they so obviously are?
