when I found out my little sister was being dragged in her telegram group I told her to leave the group,or leave telegram, "hell get off the phone and just talk to your good friends IRL". she called me a douche-bag for refusing to see that this was a 'huge problem' that had no 'easy fix'.

So, I guess it would be inappropriate to point out that this gadget has an "off" switch.
