Don't look at the man behind the curtain and his shady bookkeeping.

Goal was to turn China into a constitutional republic like us, ease world tensions. Instead, the CCP took the money and became a more powerful enemy and we became less democratic. Best would be to cut off all ties with ALL dictatorship countries.

But then where would we get cheap oil and labor?

China imports oil.

The banksters sent western production to the east. Mostly China.
Cutting off production supplies now, is like cutting off your hands to spite your face.
This advanced the banksters plans.
This wouldn't cut off supply or imports. Just stock trading in US markets for Chinese companies. Those companies will still be traded in other exchanges, like Hong Kong and Singapore.
I'm no expert, but I imagine this could potentially hurt US investors more than the Chinese. China's growing, and those companies are going to grow whether they get US capital or not, so this will just make it more difficult to the US to invest, or force US investors to trade on foreign exchanges.

It's trade war.
Also the side that makes everything has many more economic options. They can make money, by making stuff.
And they might not sell to us.
China's economy is crashing from Evergrand, and they'll indirectly take us all down soon.
