If by protesting you mean lawsuits, wrong. There are others: https://www.reuters.com/world/us/union-pacific-unions-sue-each-other-over-covid-19-vaccine-mandate-2021-10-19/

But some have just lightly said to fuck off, to their credit, without suing because the mandates aren't as bad in other places as NY.
