wow it seems like the guy named rick bright is the worst here, besides fauci, bright is the one flat out saying they need a false flag

No he's not.

In the first cut of him, he's saying that an influenza focussed entity should exist in order for solutions to influenza to be found.

In the second cut off him, he's saying that in the future, it's not crazy that the technology could become available to produce a vaccine very fast. Faster than a pandemic can arrive from China, so long as its RNA had been sequenced.
