NFL and NBA athletes are the "elite class" now? They can't mandate the players because without them there is no NFL, NBA, etc. But they will pull every little thing they can do to get them to take it like the NFL is currently doing

Makes sense, millions of fans pay to watch NBA players compete. Fans don't play to see the refs so naturally there are two sets of rules.
