So, those who hold the views you outlined and adhere to the definitions you elucidated will almost certainly always be in a small, not-very-influential minority.
Commonly held belief for almost 2000 years. You have recency bias. Just because so-called Jews are currently in control does not mean that this has always been the case nor that it will remain that way. They might not want us to read the bible but the bible wont change much and "jews" changing the definition of words wont change what Jesus said.
Jesus came for the lost tribes of israel. Those that don't hear His word do not belong to God ("jews"). Jesus warned us about these wolves in sheeps clothing and that the truth will set us free (literally this verse is about "jews" beng children of the devil). No matter how much these "American christians" call themselves Christians, they are not if they do not adhere to what Jesus taught us.
