You don't know what civic nationalism is, nor why its death means pretty much our Republic is finished. What a surprise. I'm sure you'll do fine in a guard tower at one of the fun and job training camps surrounded by barbed wire.

I think these are good questions, /u/bookmobile, but as we see here, /u/Chipit can't or doesn't want to answer tham. This is unfortunate especially because Saidit would be a useful place in which to discuss US notions of nationalism, and nationalism in other countries, in the context of the global history of nationalist movements. There are some users here who are partially addressing the issue. And, as you indicate, there are fascist aspects to some of these approaches to nationalist movements.

Rather than focus on insults, make a point. I am not sure what your point is in this case. As noted above and in a previous reply to you, bring to the discussion something informative (rather than your usual: but you're a bad person!!)
