Pocket Veto: POTUS can refuse to sign a bill even if it is passed with a veto proof super majority. The bill becomes effective in 10 days only if Congress Remains In Session. If congress adjourns before 10 days are up the bill dies. Trump could refuse to sign and make them work through the holidays.

No, the guy who hypothesized this doesn't understand how things actual work. Congress has used pro forma sessions to stay "in session" while not functionally being in session for decades. He could potentially ruin one guy's vacation, but that's about it.
