the police department in san francisco is corrupted with gangs that are employed as police officers. the prisons in california are corrupted with gangs that work on staff. every aspect of san francisco is corrupted.

if you cross wires with these gangs, if they dont kill you they will scare the shit outta you and you will leave town.

the gangs have controlled things at the government level for more than a while now.
