It is to prevent "Fellow white people" identifications... Often we find Jewish people posing as white, posting how white people have privilege and how "we" are racist, and then perhaps years later they say the truth, they are jewish and proud, not white...

…Or maybe they just view themselves as white. I see Jewish people as white (as a mixed person).

When they get called white, they always deny and say they are Jewish. They only claim being white when they are shitting on white people. It's worth noting that the ARE Caucasian, but that doesn't make them white.
